Common questions
Why is a value shown as "Estimated"? Only eBay provides real marketplace pricing data. Figures for Poshmark, Depop, and Mercari are AI estimates based on comparable items and are labelled "Estimated". Treat them as a rough guide, not confirmed sale prices.
Why couldn't the app identify my item? Identification works best with a clear, well-lit photo that shows the whole item and, ideally, the brand label. Try re-scanning with a better photo.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device? Open the paywall and tap Restore.
How do I delete my data? Profile → Settings → Delete account. See the Account & Data Deletion page.

When reporting an issue, include what you were doing and any request ID shown on an error, so we can trace it in our logs.
