By using Thrift Snap you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Thrift Snap does
Thrift Snap helps you identify second-hand items and estimate their resale value using automated systems. All identifications, scores, and value estimates are estimates for your convenience and are not professional appraisals, financial advice, or a guarantee of any sale price or profit. You are solely responsible for your buying and selling decisions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent limits of the service (including scan quotas or app-integrity checks);
- upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to submit;
- resell or redistribute the app's outputs as your own appraisal service.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and information you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them to provide the service (identification, valuation, and listing generation). See the Privacy Policy for how content is handled.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. See the Subscription Terms for billing details.
Brand and marketplace references
Brand names and marketplace names are used descriptively to identify items and estimate value. Thrift Snap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand or marketplace.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for losses arising from reliance on estimates, missed sales, or purchasing decisions made using the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
